What the Work Looks Like
Owning accounts end to end: finding the work, understanding the project, and staying on it through delivery. Industrial or PVF background helps, but curiosity and follow-through matter more.
Turning RFQs, material lists and drawings into accurate quotes fast. Reading specs, sourcing hard items, and getting pricing back while the schedule can still use it.
Running orders from PO through delivery: purchasing, expediting, documentation, logistics and the communication that keeps a customer from having to chase anything.
Getting material to the jobsite on the date it was promised, including hot-shot runs and staged, kitted deliveries that land ready for the sequence the crew is installing. The part of the business a customer actually feels.
Billing, collections, vendor invoices and the administrative work that keeps the rest of it honest and on time.
